Adult and teen combat sports Striking / Grappling / MMA
Learn stance, distance, pressure, and composure in coached rounds. Begin with fundamentals or enter integrated training when your base is ready.
Two ways onto the floor Same coaching standard
The room does not ask beginners to perform like intermediates. It also does not hold experienced members in orientation work they have already earned through.

Path 02
For members ready to connect disciplines and work at higher coaching pressure.
Programs Work by athlete intent
Start where the work is clear. Blend tracks when the fundamentals hold and the coaching team supports the move.
Beginner Foundations
Movement, terminology, stance, and gym etiquette come first. This is the low-pressure on-ramp into every other track.
Boxing and Muay Thai
Stance, distance, defense, and combinations are drilled on pads and bags before controlled partner rounds enter the session.
BJJ, no-gi, and wrestling
Base, escapes, control, and transitions are taught through drilling and positional rounds with pace matched to the partners involved.
Intermediate / Integrated training
Takedown entries, wall work, floor control, and striking-to-grappling transitions connect skills developed in the core tracks.
Teen track, ages 14 to 17
Striking and grappling fundamentals are taught through structured sessions focused on movement, attention, and respectful partner work.
